Here’s a bit about what makes our festival site so special…
New for 2026, we’re heading to the heart of Leith for our very first celebration of food, local talent, performing arts, and community.
Leith Links is one of Edinburgh’s most characterful green spaces, known for its open parkland, tree-lined avenues and various playing fields. The festival site sits within acres of shared space that have long been used for recreation, sports activities, and community-led weekends.
Wound to Scotland’s rich and expansive history, Leith Links is often dubbed the “Home of Golf”, widely recognised as the place where the modern foundations of the game were first laid. Today, the park remains a vibrant hub for local events, family activities and various gatherings.
We’re incredibly proud to host our first event here, beginning a new chapter in a space that’s deeply rooted in Edinburgh’s history and culture. Join us for the very first Leith Food Festival this May.
